Use the CEDAF framework for handoffs
Successful delegation requires more than just assigning work. Ensure Comprehension (they have all context and access), build Excitement (they're motivated), De-risk (have them do a small sample first), Align (confirm shared understanding), and create tight Feedback loops (check in after one day, not one week).
